LITTLE MISS ANDREA
Sweets for Sharing: Caramia Caramels by Andrea. November 21, 2016
One bite of a fresh, European-style caramel on her honeymoon was all it took for Tammy to bring the sweet treat home to her best friend Alysia to try. After devouring the caramels much too quickly, their search for similar caramels locally yielded no results. The girls took matters into their own hands and decided to make their own.

Caramia Carmels, run by two best friends/sisters (awww so cute) specialize in handcrafted, fresh, artisanal caramel candies. Gotta say I love how Alysia’s official title is ‘Caramelier’. Seriously, I’m jelly...

One Sweet Story: Caramia Caramels by Sharon. November 17, 2016

LET'S EAT YEG
Caramia Caramels by Leduc. November 8, 2016.
The original is just that, their most basic smooth and buttery caramel that has a hint of vanilla. It’s sweet, but not too sweet, and I really complement the original because it is the perfect blank slate to add any of their other flavours to it!
