JACEK opened up their kitchen today with a behind-the-scenes tour of their new bean-to-bar chocolate line and we were amongst the first to taste the newest additions to their Fabric Collection! 

Jacqueline Jacek and her incredibly talented team of chocolatiers did an amazing job making the open house experience not only a delight on your tastebuds, but for your eyes too. Six different stations were set up to show the bean-to-bar process, starting from the arrival of the cocoa beans, refinery process, to the final chocolate bar enhanced with carefully chosen spices, salts and sugars.

We're pleasantly surprised to taste the Venezuela 70% chocolate paired up with an 18 month aged Comte cheese.
